Houston Educational Services (HES) needed a responsive website for all devices with a custom website design. HES was particularly concerned with the color palette as many of their students have vision challenges. We chose an off-white background to help soften the screen brightness for the students' visual needs.

I'm Emily Sims, a web designer and developer with 11+ years of experience building sites that are both beautiful and built to perform. I work across Webflow, WordPress, and Joomla, pairing design in Figma with clean, functional code. I also bring hands-on experience in marketing technology and automation from my time leading design and development at Geek Powered Studios.
